Your account is a demand deposit account opened with a participating depository institution (“Participating Bank”), duly licensed and operating through the technology provided by Midi Technologies LLC (hereinafter, “Midi”).
Midi is a technology provider that, through its mobile application (the “Midi App”), enables the opening, access, and management of accounts held at affiliated participating banks or other authorized financial institutions.
The account does not belong to Midi, but rather to the Participating Bank that approves the opening of your account in accordance with its own internal policies and requirements.
The Participating Bank may issue the Depositor a Debit Card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) upon account opening. The Debit Card may be issued in virtual or physical form, according to the Participating Bank’s policies, and the bank may, in certain cases, decide not to issue a card or code.
