The Midi App allows users to open and manage a demand deposit account maintained with a Participating Bank that utilizes the technological platform of Midi Technologies LLC.
Through the Midi App, users can perform mobile banking transactions, money transfers, and other financial operations made available by each Participating Bank, in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
Midi is not a banking institution and does not hold or safeguard customer funds. Funds are deposited and maintained directly at the Participating Bank, which is responsible for custody, issuance of debit cards, and all other account-related operations.
The Participating Bank may issue the Depositor a Debit Card and a PIN, either in virtual or physical format, and reserves the right to determine whether or not to issue such instruments.
