You can change your passcode by tapping “Have you forgotten your passcode?” from the home screen to start the recovery process and create a new one.
To change the passcode from the profile:
Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
Tap “Security”.
Tap “Change passcode.”
Enter your 6-digit passcode or use biometrics.
Note: If you don't remember your passcode, you can tap the “Have you forgotten your passcode?” button to begin the passcode recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new passcode.
Create your passcode
▪ Create your 6-digit passcode.
▪ This code will be required to access the application, verify payments, and perform other processes.Note: After your first login, you can enable biometric authentication, so you don't have to enter your passcode every time you log in.
Confirm your passcode
▪ Re-enter your 6-digit passcode to make sure it matches the one you created.
Note: If you see an error message indicating that the passcodes don't match, verify that you are entering them correctly. If the error persists, return to the previous step and create a new passcode that you will remember.
All done! Your passcode will now be updated.
To change the passcode from the add passcode screen:
Tap “Have you forgotten your passcode?” on the screen to add your passcode. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new passcode.
Verify your identity
▪ If you completed identity verification during the registration process, you will be asked to perform a facial scan to verify that you are the owner of the account you wish to access.
▪ On the contrary, if you didn't complete the identity verification process and simply completed registration, you'll need to answer a few questions about yourself to verify that you are the owner of the account you want to access.Note: It's important that the answers match the ones you provided during registration. Otherwise, you'll need to contact support to resolve any issues.
