If you don't have device biometrics enabled, every time you access the app and add your passcode, you'll be asked if you want to enable it so you don't have to enter it every time you log in.
You can also manage biometric authentication from the Security section of your profile. There you can enable or disable it at any time.
Activate biometrics from the profile:
- Tap "My Profile" (tap the profile picture located in the top left corner of the app's home screen).
- Tap "Security.
- Tap "Log in with Biometrics" If the switch is grayed out, enable biometric authentication for the device.
Enter your 6-digit passcode.
Note: If you don't remember your passcode, you can tap the “Have you forgotten your passcode?” button to begin the passcode recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new passcode.
- All done! Biometrics will be activated.
Disable biometrics from the profile:
- Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
- Tap “Security”.
- Tap "Log in with Biometrics" if the switch is blue to disable biometric authentication for the device.
- All done! Biometrics will be disabled.
