How do I change my registered phone number in Midi?

Midi allows you to change your phone number both from your app profile and during the login process.

Change phone from profile:

1. Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
2. Tap “Midi Account”.
3. Tap “Personal Data”
4. Tap on your phone number.

5. Enter your new phone number

   ▪    Select your prefix
   ▪    Enter your new phone number in the field provided to verify it and access your account.
   ▪    Tap "Continue" to continue with the process.

   Note: Midi checks the format of the phone number, the “Continue” button will not be activated until you enter a valid number. 

6. Enter your pass code

   ▪   Enter the 6-digit pass code you created during Midi registration.

   Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can click the "Forgot your pass code?" button and begin the pass code recovery process.

7. Verify your phone number

   ▪    Enter the six (6) digit code that you will receive by SMS.
   ▪    If you don't receive the code, you can request a new one after 30 seconds.

   Note: You can request a maximum of 4 codes per day.

8. Create and confirm your new pass code if you forgot it.
9. If you taped "Forgot your pass code?" during the process, you will be prompted to create and confirm your new 6-digit pass code before accessing the app.
10. All done!  You've now updated your phone number in Midi.
