How do I change my registered email address in Midi?

1. Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
2. Tap “Midi Account”.
3. Tap “Personal Data”
4. Tap on your email.

5. Enter your email address

   ▪    Enter your email address in the field provided.
   ▪    Tap "Verify" to continue the process.

   Note: Midi checks for the existence of the email, the verify button will not be activated until you enter a valid email.

   Note: After adding your email address, you'll receive an email to verify it. It's important to verify it to ensure the security of your account.

6. Enter your 6-digit pass code.

    Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.

7. All done! You've now updated your email in Midi.

   Remember that it's important to verify your email address to ensure the security of your account. After adding it, you'll receive an email to complete verification.
