1. Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
2. Tap “Midi Account”.
3. Tap “Personal Data”
4. Tap on your address.
5. Enter your address:
▪ Tap the address field to add yours.
▪ Enter your full address in the address search engine.
▪ Select your address from the results that appear.
Note: If you don't find your address listed, search for it directly on the map.
Note: Be sure to include your house number. If you don't, an error message will appear as a reminder.
▪ (Optional) Add additional details to your address.
6. Enter your 6-digit pass code.
Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.
7. All done! You've now updated your residential address.
