Remember that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you won't be able to create a new one without contacting support and making a formal request to reactivate a deleted account. We are legally required to store your data for six years. If you have funds in the account, we will ask you to transfer them to delete your bank account, and you will need to cancel your cards.
Delete my account if I have no funds:
1. Tap “My Profile” (by tapping the profile picture located at the top left of the app’s home screen)
2. Tap “Midi account”.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm that you want to delete your account
▪ Tap “Delete Account” to confirm and begin the process of deleting your bank account.
5. Confirm that you understand the implications of deleting your account.
▪ Tap “Delete Account” to confirm that you understand the implications of deleting your account.
6. Confirm that you want to cancel your cards.
▪ Tap “Cancel my cards” to cancel your cards and continue with the account deletion process.
7. Enter your 6-digit pass code.
Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.
8. All done! Your account and cards will have been deleted.

15. Select or add the account you want to transfer the money to
16. Confirm your account cancellation payment summary to proceed with the cancellation and the funds will be sent to your specified account.
Note: Transfers may take several days to reach the destination account. You can check the estimated delivery date in your payment summary.
Note: If transfer fees exceed the amount available in your account, you will be offered the option to keep your bank account or close it without recovering your funds.
17. Enter your 6-digit pass code.

18. All done! Your account and cards will have been removed, and your funds will have been sent. Note that transfers may take several days to reach the destination account. We will notify you as soon as the transfer is complete.
