When a Midi user requests money from you, you'll receive a notification and an email indicating the requested username and amount. To accept and proceed with payment:
- Open the “Midi” app.
Enter your 6-digit passcode or confirm with biometrics.
Note: If you don't remember your passcode, you can tap the "Have you forgotten your passcode?" button to begin the passcode recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new passcode.
Once inside the app, you'll see a notification indicating the payment request you've received.
▪ Tap "Send Money" to proceed with payment.
Check the amount you want to send.
▪ Select the currency you want to send from the available currencies.
▪ Review the amount you want to send to your contact.
▪ Tap "Continue" to advance with the process.
Note: Midi has a monthly sending limit for all users, which resets on the first day of each month. If you exceed the limit, you'll be notified with a message and will need to adjust the sending amount.
- Please check and confirm your payment summary to ensure there are no errors in the submission.
- Tap "Send Money" to advance with the process.

- All done! Your payment will be sent to the user who sent you the payment request.
