When a Midi user requests money from you, you'll receive a notification and an email indicating the username and amount requested. To decline:
- Open the “Midi” app.
Enter your 6-digit pass code.
Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.
Once inside the app, you'll see a notification indicating the payment request you've received.
▪ Tap "Reject Request" to decline the payment.
Confirm that you want to decline the payment in the confirmation alert.
▪ Tap "Reject Request" to confirm payment rejection.
- All done! You've rejected the user's payment request. Remember, we'll notify the other user that you've rejected their request.
