When a Midi user requests money from you, you'll receive a notification and an email indicating the username and amount requested. To decline:
- Open the “Midi” app.
Enter your six (6)-digit passcode or confirm with biometrics.
Note: If you don't remember your passcode, you can tap the "Have you forgotten your passcode?" button to begin the passcode recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new passcode.
- Once inside the app, you'll see a notification indicating the payment request you've received.
- Tap "Reject ".
- Confirm that you want to decline the payment in the confirmation alert.
- Tap "Reject Request" to confirm payment rejection.
- All done! You've rejected the user's payment request. Remember, we'll notify the other user that you've rejected their request.
