- Tap "Cards" on the Midi home screen.
- Select your card from the list.
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Cancel card."
- The app will inform you that cancellation is irreversible and that to keep your account functioning properly, you'll need to order a new card before canceling the current one.
- Select the available physical card type.
- Enter or confirm your delivery address and select the available shipping method.
- Review the request summary, where you can verify the new card details, shipping cost (if applicable), estimated delivery time, and registered address.
Confirm by entering your 6-digit passcode or use biometric authentication.
Once the transaction is confirmed, your current card will be permanently canceled and an order for the new card will be automatically generated for issuance and shipping. The app will display a message confirming that the previous card has been replaced and that the new one is on its way.
