How do I freeze my Midi card?

1. Tap "Cards" on the Midi home screen.
2. Tap the card in your card list that you wish to freeze.
3. Tap “Freeze”.

4. Enter your 6-digit pass code.

   Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.

5. All done! Your card will be frozen until you unfreeze it. Remember that once it freezes, you won't be able to use or view your card details.
