How to get a Midi card?

Currently, Midi only allows you to have one virtual debit card.. We will be making new cards available to you soon.

To get a virtual card:

1. Tap "Cards" on the Midi home screen.
2. Tap "Request Card."
3. Tap "Virtual Card."
4. Select your virtual card from those available and tap "Continue" to request it.
5. Check and confirm the payment summary to ensure there are no errors in the card application.

6. Enter your 6-digit pass code.

   Note: If you don't remember your pass code, you can tap the "Forgot your pass code?" button to begin the pass code recovery process. You'll be asked to verify your identity before you can set your new pass code.

7. All done! Your virtual card is now active.
