How do I activate my physical card?

Once you receive your card at your registered address, follow these steps to activate it:

1. Tap “Cards” on the Midi home screen. 
2. Select your physical card from the list. 
3. Tap "Activate Card". 
4. Enter your 6-digit passcode or use biometric authentication. 
5.  Enter the details printed on your card: 
   • PAN number 
   • CVC code 
   • Expiration date
6. The app will confirm that your card has been successfully activated and will indicate that your initial PIN corresponds to the last 4 digits of your registered phone number. 
7. From this same screen, you will have two options: 
   • Tap "Change PIN" if you wish to set a custom PIN immediately. 

   • Tap "Understood" to continue using the default assigned PIN.

     Note: For security reasons, it is recommended to activate your card only once you have it in your possession, to avoid any risk of unauthorized use.
