Once you have requested the card, you must wait to receive it at your registered address.
Once you have it in your possession, to activate it you must:
- Tap “Cards” on the main Midi screen.
- Tap the physical card in your card list to access the details.
- From the card menu, tap “Activate card”.
- Enter the card code, corresponding to the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number registered with Midi.
- Confirm the activation.
That’s it! Your physical card will be activated and ready to use.
Note: For security reasons, it is recommended to activate the card only once you have it in your possession to avoid any risk of unauthorized use.
Once activated, it is recommended to change the card PIN in the settings for added security.
