Currently, Midi only allows you to have one virtual-physical debit card. New cards will be made available to our customers soon.
To request a virtual-physical card, you must:
- Tap "Cards" on the Midi screen.
- Tap "Request card".
- Tap "Physical Card".
- Select your virtual-physical card from the available options and tap "Continue" to request it.
- Review and confirm the payment summary to make sure there are no errors in your card request.
Enter your 6-digit pass code.
Note: If you do not remember your access code, you can tap the “Forgot your access code?” button to start the recovery process. You will be asked to verify your identity before you can set up a new access code.
- That’s it! Your card will be successfully requested.
